Frequently Asked Questions
A Branch manager can issue Participation Keys to their Agents, to allow them to join the program. This creates consistent branding across all Agent newsletters, while still allowing each Agent to customize other elements and provide custom content.
The Branch manager can also decide which agents they will pay for (any or all) by issuing these agents a Billing Key. Other agents pay their own way. Billing Keys can be rescinded (and payment switched back to the Agent) at the Branch Manager’s discretion.
Branch-level programs also benefit because the unit price is based on the total list quantity for all Agents on the same payment card.
We include professionally written articles that are all related to your mortgage clients, and which drive inbound calls. No recipes or gardening tips. There are typically 4 main articles, 1 per page. There are also 3 sidebar articles (two of which you can customize).
We go to great lengths to present editorial and news that is informative and compelling, but we avoid writing sell-copy, using promissory language, or making product solicitations. We quote sources whenever it is applicable. We also have each issue reviewed by Medlin & Hargrave P.C. (www.mhlawcorp.com), one of the industry’s best-known legal resources, for compliance-related concerns. If you upload an ad or promo (bottom of page 3) with products, rates, payments, etc, this is your responsibility, and you should make sure it is compliant using your in-house counsel.
