In this section, we provide a bit of help with what to say for the various customizable articles you can create. Essentially, the sky's the limit. But here are a few examples, and how they would appear in print.
Agent's Welcome Article (Page 1 right-hand column)
The welcome column allows you to greet your clients on page 1 and let them know what's going on, share the latest news, give recommendations, etc. Start with a Salutation and close with a Signoff. Image at right is of an older one, for reference only, and colors will coordinate with those of the current issue.

Default Spring 2024 Page 1 Welcome Article (Character limit, including spaces: 650):
I hope that your 2024 is off to a great start! After a tough 2023, we see several encouraging signs that will offer home buyers more choice and better rates. Homes for sale are in tight supply, so if you’re thinking of buying, it’s important to be ready to pounce. Rates are easing, but it might not be wise to wait for rates to drop below 6%. As rates fall, more buyers will enter the market and force home prices up. Let me help you, a friend or a relative stay ready by finding the right loan program and a pre-approval that helps you move quickly! We think this is a great place to say thanks, ask for a referral, mention a new product, talk about a service you offer -- and more. Close with a Signoff. Our experience has been that asking your clients to take action is essential. Invite them to coffee with you (our favorite!). Invite them to a mortgage review. Invite them to an educational event. Urge them to visit your web site. Hold a random (important) drawing. Ask for feedback! Get creative! The main thing is to CONNECT.
