In this section, we provide a bit of help with what to say for the various customizable articles you can create. Essentially, the sky's the limit. But here are a few examples, and how they would appear in print.
Agent's Welcome Article (Page 1 right-hand column)
The welcome column allows you to greet your clients on page 1 and let them know what's going on, share the latest news, give recommendations, etc. Start with a Salutation and close with a Signoff. Image at right is of an older one, for reference only, and colors will coordinate with those of the current issue.

There is no way around it: We are living in a historic era. Our experience has been that asking your clients to take action is essential. Invite them to coffee with you (our favorite!). Invite them to a mortgage review. Invite them to an educational event. Urge them to visit your web site. Hold a random (important) drawing. Ask for feedback! Get creative! The main thing is to CONNECT.
